Hovering the card also shows a ghost prompt in the chat pane ("Ready to discuss: UTM Parameters..."). The expanded state includes an inline nudge bar at the bottom encouraging interaction. Table row hovers update the ghost prompt with specific row context. Prioritizes getting users into conversation fast with minimal choice paralysis.
